The General refers to a high-ranking military officer of the Survivor army during the Great Surface War of 2140. He was the superior of a certain Commander, whom he briefed and assisted during the many engagements against the hostile surface mutants.[1]
Personality[]
The General bears many traits of a stereotypical army officer. Rough and tough, he expects orders to be followed unquestionably. He has a strong animosity towards the Evolved, describing them as "freakers" and "dung people".
